With over 150 senior representatives from across the EDA’s members and affiliates, the event provided a great opportunity to network. Guests also heard brief presentations from BEAMA, the LIA and the Approved Cables Initiative/British Cables Association on the key priorities for their organisation in the year ahead.

The EDA Engagement Awards reflect how many times members and affiliates have engaged with the Association’s Activities in the 12 months January to December 2017.
For both Members and Affiliates there were 15 opportunities to engage, from attendance at Regional Business Forums (4 in a year) through to taking advantage of the EDA’s Training and Apprenticeship Programme. Smaller business are not disadvantaged, as engagement is counted by company and not by the volume of individuals who engage.
The EDA’s President, Simon Barkes, presented the Awards.
In 2019 we’ll be looking back at the 12 months, January to December 2018, and announcing those businesses who are getting the most value out of their EDA benefits.
If you need advice on how to get the most value for your business please call the EDA Head Office on 020 3141 7350.
