An EDA-led delegation will join around 300 representatives from across 21 European countries at the upcoming 64th General Convention of the European Union of Electrical Wholesalers (EUEW) – Thursday 9 May to Saturday 11 May 2019.
The EUEW General Convention will bring together key representatives of peer organizations such as EuroCommerce, ETIM International, FEST and AIE, and members of the international press, over a course of two days 9–11 May. The convention will be hosted at Dolce La Hulpe Hotel, Brussels.

EUEW will host several panel discussions with the guest speakers and the electrical industry’s key leaders and influencers.
2019 General Convention will also mark the appointment of a new President for EUEW. Ulrich Liedtke, Executive Vice President of Würth Elektrogroßhandel GmbH & Co. KG will hand over the leadership baton, after two iconic years, to Alexander Dewulf, CEO at Cebeo Sonepar Belgium. The Presidential Ceremony will take place during the Gala Dinner on Friday evening at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts.
