Residential Ventilation Systems: How they can improve indoor air quality and reduce condensation and mould
This session will cover how whole house heat recovery (MVHR), continuous running extract (MEV & dMEV), and positive input ventilation (PIV) systems can be used to help reduce condensation and mould in residential properties. We will also include an overview of the current Building Regulations for ventilation, Awaab’s Law and how ventilation can help landlords comply with this legislation.
