Chorley Electrical Traders Limited was incorporated on 19th June 1979 with just one branch situated on Eaves Lane in Chorley town itself, making June 2029 our 50th Anniversary.

Since those early beginnings our family run business has expanded and now has branches in Bolton, Darwen and Leyland servicing the North West. In addition to the Gallagher family, Gerard has put together an experienced team, around half of whom have between 20 and 30 years experience working for the company.

We supply to electrical contractors across the North West, as well as offering spares for maintenance engineers, housing, shops, offices, factories and schools and also serving the general public. Keeping our stock levels high at all times ensures our customers don't have to wait days for the products they need now.

As a company one of our specialities is supplying replacement lamps and tubes in places such as schools, colleges, health centres, community centres and car show rooms.

Our sales team has the technical knowledge to visit your premises and identify any lamp or lighting product. Our 45 years of trading has not only brought us a wealth of knowledge in this field, it has also aided us in building good relationships with lighting manufacturers to source lighting products at the best prices which we in turn pass on to our customers.

From a fuse to a light fitting, we can visit you, identify the product required and order it the same time without you having to leave your place of work, therefore wasting the least amount of your time possible.
