“I’ve been training my team with the EDA’s Specialist Product Knowledge Programme modules from MOL for the past few years and it has been a great success.

“Both experienced and new members of my team are achieving great results and using their knowledge to help further our business’s development,” says Joe Roberts, Manager at Edmundson Electrical in Tamworth, Staffordshire (pictured centre).

Fundamental success

Five members of Joe’s team are working their way through the Specialist Product Knowledge Programme modules, with 21 modules already completed, 11 securing a distinction.

Joe’s latest successes are Ben Maslen, who works on the Trade Counter (left) and Elliot Jones, who is on the Edmundson graduate trainee programme (right), who have achieved a pass and distinction respectively for their Fundamentals of Electricity module.

“I know what that is”

Elliot, for whom this is his second distinction, comments, “The modules are really good and have helped me improve my knowledge quickly. When I come across a product at work I think “Ah, I know what that is” because I’ve covered it on the modules.”
