Ninety nine representatives from EDA business joined our 5th Annual Digitalisation Forum & Data Awards on Wednesday 29 November 2023, to hear about the latest digitalisation developments for the sector including a key note address on the role of Artificial Intelligence could play.

Data Quality Awards recognise the significance of product data excellence for the UK’s wholesale sector

Five manufacturer businesses celebrated receiving a Data Quality Award this year. The winners are drawn from amongst the 70+ leading manufacturer brands subscribing to the EDATA data pool to share their product information with multiple wholesalers.

A sixth Award was presented to EDA Member, Worcester Electrical Distributors Ltd, in recognition of their early adoption and integration of the EDATA data pool into their business.

Presenting the Awards were Edgar Aponte, CEO at Rexel UK, and Richard Appleton, the EDA’s Head of Digitalisation.
