The EDA Learning and Development Portfolio
A key aim of the Association is to promote career and educational opportunities and the Learning and Development Portfolio has been established to provide members with tools for the development of their staff.
The Portfolio was developed by a Working Group of EDA members who endeavoured to ensure that the programmes provided relevant training for the industry.
What’s in the Portfolio?
There are two key programmes in the portfolio:
Vocational Programmes
Our vocational programmes are based around the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and can be taken either via the Train to Gain scheme, or as a framework apprenticeship, which both provide on-the-job training.
